Ihre Aufgaben
- Responsible contact person for all quality issues in the central department Corporate Software Development
- Ensuring software quality and supporting the planning process for setting quality targets in software development projects
- Planning and implementation of quality-related activities for maturity assurance according to standards or normative specifications
- Contributing to the definition of the verification and validation strategy for software
- Accompanying and ensuring the verification and validation measures that arise in the software development process
- Interface to the Corporate Quality department
- Participation in process improvement activities, e.g. methods, tools, etc.
- Ensuring valid work results in the software development process
Ihre Qualifikation
- Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, technical computer science, software engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, business informatics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in quality management and quality assurance of software development processes
- Sound knowledge of risk management, common quality methods (e.g. APQP, FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa, 5W, Pareto) and auditing of development processes
- Basic knowledge in the field of functional safety (e.g. IEC 61508) and cyber security (IEC 62443) is desirable
- Basic knowledge of common maturity models such as ASPICE, CMMI or similar is an advantage
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Very good team and communication skills
- Independent and structured way of working as well as high quality awareness and assertiveness
- Willingness to cooperate across divisional and national borders
