- Drive the development, coordination and implementation of processes, methods and tools in Omni Channel Management
- Responsibility for the implementation of all Omni Channel elements along the Customer Journey in close cooperation with the sales clusters/regions
- Identify and implement global growth strategy with distributors
- Design and implement change management activities to strengthen the rapid implementation of Omni Channel elements in the clusters/regions
- Drive digitization of processes in channel management
Ihre Qualifikation
- Completed technical college degree in industrial engineering or comparable qualification, additional qualification to master's degree desirable
- Proven experience and success in Omni Channel implementation in B2B in automation technology as well as change management skills
- Profound understanding of business processes in sales companies and in dealing with dealers
- Business fluent in written and spoken English and German
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of SAC, Power BI, AO desirable
- Strong will to succeed with the genes of a doer and strong implementation skills
- Very good analytical skills, quick comprehension, structured way of working as well as solution-oriented thinking and acting
- Persuasiveness, good presentation skills and convincing rhetoric
- Ability to work in a team and assertiveness
- Intercultural adaptability
- Willingness to travel worldwide
